I love to write - in fact, I've always loved to write. When I was younger, it was an exit strategy. It was a way to let go of reality and enter a world that, for me, meant peace. I've always thrived on the fact that I consider myself an intellectual and found myself at an early age enjoying the literary works of Henry David Thoreau. I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.That is what this website is all about - me living deliberately. I believe that life is more colorful in black and white which is why I've chosen to post images here that are without color.
